What was the highlight of Grand Mega Resort & Spa
I would not recommend this hotel / resort because the rooms need to be fully upgraded and the lake needs yo be clean
I did not like the property at all.
I did not like the property because I felt scared. The lake at our room was not maintained. It was very dirty. The room that we had, had broken floor boards. The drain for the shower had an awful smell that made me sick. The toilet seat was old and looked dirty. There were lots of mosquitoes we had to spray ourselves. There were big cockroaches that we had spray too. There was rat damage in our bed head. There was a live rat in our relatives other room. The fridge was not working.

The room was very hot and not really clean.
The room was very hot and not really clean. I had to remove a lot of small ants on my pillow. The mattresses were very hard and the AC not efficient enough in all our rooms. Breakfast was standard Indonesian type. The stuff was very friendly.

All is fine except the food
The ambience, the swimming pool, the room
Breakfast was terrible. The quantities, the taste, and the serving was terrible. If possible, book a room without breakfast and find somewhere else to eat
